Favorite Recipe

Broccoli Soup:
Recipe from Breaking Free - Truths for Health Living p. 184

  • 2 cups organic raw broccoli
  • 2 cups sprouts (any variety - sunflower, broccoli, sweet pea shoots)
  • 1 cup fresh celery juice
  • 3 organic carrots
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Salt to taste
  • 1 clove garlic or to taste
Directions: In blender, mix all ingredients on high and serve. Can be heated for five minutes on low.
