Black and White Wednesday

I get to do this one literally – ha!  The other night I went out on a date with my sweet husband and enjoyed spending time with just him!  I quickly had Lexi take these photos of me to send off to my husband and a few friends before we went out.   He was so sweet and sent me back a quick email letting me know how beautiful I looked…yes he is a huge blessing in my life!  In two weeks I will turn 43 and when I look at these photos they remind me that age is truly just a number! I’m learning to embrace all of the wrinkles around my eyes and mouth.  The bible says they show wisdom and how much I enjoy life.  That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!! Winking smile My heart and mind keep telling me the best is yet to come.   Praise God!

I developed several presets in Lightroom – still have no clue how to share them with all of you.  But this next photo is one of my favorites.  I love the soft color and how it slightly lessens my wrinkles Smile

And you all know by now that I prefer myself in B&W – my skin tone is 100% even – which I will never see again this side of heaven.
