Capturing the Moments…

of love in my life makes me smile and brings a tear to my eyes.  I know that all too soon this gorgeous young woman of God will be walking into the next phase of her life – where I won’t get to see her each day and be blessed by her love in our home.
I was less concerned about my settings (there was only one very small light on in the room), because all I wanted to do was remember times like this forever.  On Monday I shared more photos from Sunday night on our family blog where Noah was getting in on the lovin’ too.   I did not use a flash for any of these and the only editing I did was convert them to B&W.
Naomi can’t sit still very long {that is an understatement}.  She has to be doing something at all times until she is asleep – which she seems to need very little.  Same with Noah.  There are many nights I will still hear one of them up when I am finally going to sleep at 11pm or even later.  They are often the first ones up too.  Always have been, even as babies when they came home at 9 months old.  I had hoped that would change with age – guess I will just have to wait a few more years to see if they become better sleepers.

The girls took turns on who would decide what face to make at me.  Too cute!

I love this photo of them together – it says a thousand words to my mommy heart!

Reminder:  Today is the last day to link up with me for our 7th Shoot and Edit weekly challenge – this week’s prompt/theme is hearts.  Tomorrow we will all be joining Ashley with our edited shots after reading her tutorial.  If you missed out this week next week our theme is Self Portraits or Couples
