Making the Most of Daylight

Over the weekend I was able to take some fun shots of our children while the sun was shining.  As you can see it was not exactly warm but the lighting was perfect while the sun lasted!
{all shots taken with my 50mm 1.4 and are SOOC}

Joshua doesn’t like to be cold at all anymore, so he stayed with me the entire time!
The most exciting part of the day was seeing these…
SPRING IS REALLY ALMOST HERE!!!  I personally can’t wait!  I know many of you are with me and are ready for flowers to bloom, green grass to grow and trees to turn the most magical colors again!
I finally understand the need to be patient when taking a photograph of any flag – you must wait for the wind to blow it in the right angle, with enough strength to capture this Open-mouthed smile
And just because I think what Lexi did with her hair while playing around the other day is totally beautiful, I am sharing this shot with you!
Last week was full of packing and cleaning had us all tired – this is what I saw next to me when I loaded all of the photos onto my computer…thankful for all of her help!
Remember you have until Wednesday to join our 9th Shoot and Edit weekly challenge – this week’s prompt/theme is spring
NOTE:  In the next few weeks it is going to become increasingly harder for me to visit everyone each day as our family is going through a major move.   Please forgive me and understand that I will do my best each week to keep up with all of you.  I love visiting each of you and your comments are such a gift to me.  Thank you all for the lovely comments and spending time with me here.
