Be Still SONday!

He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by His grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:5-7

Deuteronomy 9:5 “It is not because of your righteousness or your integrity that you are going in to take possession of their land; but on account of the wickedness of these nations, the LORD your God will drive them out before you, to accomplish what He swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.”

Romans 5:5 “And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us.”

If there is one thing I hope to teach our children, and all who are willing to learn along with me is this – GOD WILL DO IT!

There is NOTHING He needs us to do to help Him.   He has it ALL under control.   It is because of Him, that we are here.   It is because of Him, that our joy remains full.   It is because of Him, that we have eternal hope.   It is because of Him, we have peace that surpasses all understanding.  It is because of Him, that we can truly know and understand love.   It is because of Him, that we can then share pure love.   It is because of Him, that we are growing in wisdom, understanding, mercy, and grace.   It is ALL because of Him.

Every season will bring forth new challenges, and with them we are able to know Him more, trust Him more, love Him more, obey Him more, submit to Him more, humble ourselves more and be loved by Him more.

Every challenge is another opportunity for us to let go, and let God.   Because He promises that wherever He leads us, He will supply for all of our needs.

Every single one of us will stand before Him.   Alone.

Are you living your life in a way that you are comforted by that thought, or concerned?

Are you living your life in a way that others don’t have to wonder who you trust in, or what you believe?

Are you living your life in a way that others can see the fruits of the Spirit?

Are you living your life in a way that honors God above all else?

The answers you give today, are between you and God.   I pray you take them to Him, and allow Him to show you all the areas of your life that have yet been laid at His feet.   I pray you will truly let go of whatever is holding you back from Him, and run with me into the arms of our Savior.   There is nothing too big, too hard, or impossible for Him to work out, heal and fix.

His love and grace are more than enough.
