I was so excited last week when I managed to get our tree out and up. I love decorating it and see it sparkle throughout each day. I have to admit I’m one of those people who keeps their tree up wayyyyyy after Christmas has passed. That is how much I enjoy looking at it and sitting near it!
One thing I love to do is capture our children mesmerized by the tree all lit up. Our one son was way too cute about it being lit the first night so he was the lucky one to join me during this little photo session. He was thrilled it was him!!!
Ignore the face that my tinsel doesn’t go all the way down in these shots…I had to go get more the next day! I was thankful to find the one white strand left. The tree looks beautiful now with all the decorations complete.
He quickly realized that he could see me taking photos of him and got so excited. It was really cute!
“Hey mom!” He shouted. “Look I love you!”
Insert warm fuzzies all over! “I love you too buddy!”
Then it was time to capture a few tree light bokeh shots. Insert BIG here. I love them!
Hands down this next shot takes the cake of our son next to the tree…he he he!
Yes, he loves to dress up in his Elmo* costume…and this was him praying! Boys sure keep life interesting and sweet!
Both of these were taken with my yucky phone camera. But I love them!!!!
Wishing you all a beautiful and blessed week!
