30 Days Grain Free Living–Menu Days 8-14

I am so blessed to have this store to shop at every week – just look at their amazing produce!   Seriously it is always fresh, and beautiful!   They are so helpful and always willing to help me learn about new fruits and vegetables, and ways to enjoy them.  They make eating healthy very easy!

Day 8

Breakfast:

  • Scrambled eggs with organic red peppers and spinach

Lunch:

  • Roasted Turkey with almond/coconut yogurt

Dinner:

  • Wild Salmon cooked in 350 degrees for 30 minutes (organic lemon juice, 2 minced cloves of garlic, and 2 TBS of olive oil with a splash of GF teriyaki sauce) This was a HUGE HIT!!!!
  • Roasted cabbage, cauliflower and string beans

Day 9

Breakfast:

  • Scrambled eggs with spinach

Lunch:

  • Apple slices, nut butter, celery slices

Dinner:

  • Organic grass feed ground beef cooked until brown with fresh herbs and spices, then I added in (3 bags each) organic frozen sweet peas and broccoli florets with one jar of organic tomato sauce. A family favorite!!!

Day 10

Breakfast :

Lunch:

  • Roasted Turkey, Apple Slices, mixed seeds

Dinner:

  • Organic whole chicken nuggets
  • sautéed carrots, peas and edemame beans

Day 11

Breakfast:

Lunch:

  • Egg salad with guacamole, sliced pears

Dinner:

  • Ground turkey cook until brown then add in - 2 TBS Vegenaise, salt-free garlic pepper spice, vegan GF parmesan cheese, and when it is almost ready add in frozen organic broccoli florets (we use 3 bags for our family) we all LOVED this!!!!  So easy and cooked in 15 minutes!

Day 12

Breakfast:

Lunch:

  • Vegan GF cheese cubes
  • Organic apple slices
  • Nut butter
  • Raw seed mix

Dinner:

  • Honey Mustard Tilapia - with sautéed cauliflower and baby spinach (our favorite meal of the week!!!!)

I buy wild tilapia from Wegman’s and then wrap a few pieces together in aluminum foil (you can also cook it in a pyrex or oven ready dish with foil over the dish).  Pour GF honey mustard salad dressing over the fish, and shake on lemon garlic spices.  Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

On the stove-top I cooked two heads of organic cauliflower with non GMO and soy/dairy free butter (Earth’s Balance) and a splash of sea salt until it was ready to crumble.  Then I added in 4 cups of organic baby spinach (washed and rinsed) until it was wilted.

Day 13

Breakfast:

Lunch:

  • Grape tomatoes
  • Turkey slices
  • Grapefruit slices
  • Raw mixed seeds

Dinner

  • Grilled chicken breast with organic peas and broccoli

Day 14

Breakfast:

Lunch:

  • Tunafish with vegenaise and beet slices
  • Orange peeled
  • Cucumber slices
  • Raw nut mix

Dinner:

  • Homemade Beef Stew – carrots, onions, and celery

  1. I am jealous of all that beautiful produce! I live in a very rural area and our stores look nothing like that. Thankfully we are able to put in a huge garden every year and I do A LOT of canning and freezing.
