Day One {30 Days of Positive Thoughts}

30daychallenge

Today, begins what I want my life to become.

I challenge all of you to join me for our first 30 day challenge of healthy living.

Our mind feeds our body as much if not more than everything you eat and drink.  What you think affects your health.  It affects every relationship.  It affects how we act and react in every situation.   It affects how we feel each day.

Today, begins what I want my life to become.

Truth. Forgiveness.  Peace.  Kindness.  Gentleness.  Mercy.   Love.

My goal is to make these words come alive within me.

It MUST begin within myself and so that it can flow out to others.

It is very hard to be happy when someone is being mean to

you each day, especially if that person is YOU!

Think about that and follow this wise advice….

Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.  Philippians 4:8

We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. ~2 Corinthians 10:5

You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!  Isaiah 26:3

Each day I will share a graphic for you to read as you begin the day as a reminder to allow NO negative thoughts to rule you and how your day goes.

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Thank you for visiting and welcome to one of the greatest 30 day challenges you could ever begin!

  2. I love this 30 day challenge. I always try to remind myself that God has a plan and His plan is good. I may not always like where I am but I find that I learn so many valuable lessons along this journey with Him. So I look for the blessings along the way and I keep my eyes on Him.

    Love you,
    Debbie
