Don’t Just Sit There {Day 19 of Nutritional Cleansing}

All of us know how important it is to exercise at least 30 minutes of day.   None of us can say we haven’t heard that exercise is a vital component to optimal health.  

Which means we are all without excuse for not doing it. 

If you are truly serious about healing your body, then you have to get moving.  It doesn’t have to extreme or hard-core for you to receive the benefit.  Actually, anyone with an auto-immune challenge will want to do low-moderate level exercise each day.   For me that is walking, rebounding, and yoga. 

In case you don’t know the many benefits of exercising each day, check these out:

  1. Exercise builds self-esteem and improves body image
  2. Exercise combats health conditions and diseases
  3. Exercise improves your mood
  4. Exercise boosts energy
  5. Exercise promotes better sleep
  6. Exercise keeps the spark alive in your sex life
  7. Exercise can be fun and a great way to stay social
  8. Exercise reverses the detrimental effects of stress
  9. Exercise improves learning
  10. Exercise helps the body detox and cleanse!
  11. Exercising outdoors increases all of the above!

Make it a family health challenge and commitment!  Get your kids involved and help them to create a healthy habit that will be a huge blessing for their entire lives!   Remember 12.5 million children are obese between the ages of 2-18!!!!!!!
