Diffuser Blends for Cold & Flu Season

You'll DEFINITELY want to keep these Diffuser Blends for Sick Rooms handy as we edge further and further into Cold & Flu Season!


OPTION 1:  Shield + White Fir + Oregano
-3 drops Shield Blend
-2 drops White Fir essential oil
-2 drops Oregano essential oil (optional)
This option is simple, fast, and makes obvious sense - our Shield blend is PERFECT for sick rooms and White Fir essential oil is believed to assist in purifying the air. Which brings us to our next blend...

Option 2:  ReFresh (from Dawn at The GRAY Area)
-6 drops Cilantro essential oil
-8 drops Citronella essential oil
-20 drops Lemon essential oil
-31 drops White Fir essential oil
-13 drops Lime essential oil
-7 drops Melaleuca essential oil

This option is blended with the idea of "purifying" the air and also features White Fir along with some other heavy hitters like Melaleuca and Lemon. We love this blend! BONUS: This blend, as listed, will fit in a 5ml bottle - make it and add a few drops to your diffuser! This could be fantastic diffused with Shield as well.

Option 3:  Congestion Buster (perfect if you don't have Respire on hand!)
-3 drops Spark Naturals Eucalyptus essential oil
-2 drops Spark Naturals Peppermint essential oil
-2 drops Spark Naturals Rosemary essential oil
-3 drops Spark Naturals Grapefruit essential oil (optional)
