OK ladies, this one is truly a life-saver during that time of the month.
I’m excited to share what I’ve learned about reducing and eliminating menstrual cramps naturally:
No. 1 Essential Oils: "Aromatherapy was applied topically to the experimental group in the form of an abdominal massage using two drops of lavender (Lavandula officinalis), one drop of clary sage (Salvia sclarea), and one drop of rose (Rosa centifolia) in 5 cc of almond oil. The placebo group received the same treatment but with almond oil only, and the control group received no treatment. OUTCOME MEASURES: The menstrual cramps levels was assessed using a visual analogue scale and severity of dysmenorrhea was measured with a verbal multidimensional scoring system.
RESULTS: The menstrual cramps were significantly lowered in the aromatherapy group than in the other two groups at both post-test time points (first and second day of menstruation after treatment)."

I’ve shared about these amazing oils here too.
No. 2 Make sure you are properly hydrated – drink at least half of your body weight of purified water each day and more if you are exercising and sweating a lot.
NO. 3 Drink Apple Cider Vinegar. I share a great recipe right here that I begin each day with.
NO. 4 Exercise helps reduce cramps. I personally rebound each morning. Also, I have used these three yoga poses during my cycle with great success.
NO. 5 Eat a variety of whole foods. Eliminate sugar and processed foods from your diet. Here are two graphics to help you find the best ones for cramps and pain.
