Drink Your Way to Health with a Blackberry Coconut Water Smoothie

Try this delicious Blackberry-Coconut Water smoothie!    Full of natural electrolytes and eo-boosted with oils that are known to support lymph health and detoxification, this smoothie is a natural choice for post-workout recovery.  Not to mention this is a wonderful refreshing drink to enjoy during the heat of the summer.
Cool Down Blackberry Smoothie    RECIPE  1 cup of  frozen blackberries  1 cup of water or coconut water  1 2 tablespoons of lime or lemon juice  1/4 cup of cilantro  1 frozen banana  3 tablespoons of raw honey or coconut sugar  3 drops of rose essential oil  pinch of salt
Ingredients:
-1 cup of organic frozen blackberries
-1 cup of water or coconut water (my favorite brand is Harmless Harvest)
-1-2 tablespoons of organic lime or lemon juice (you could also use 1-2 drops of Lime or Lemon Essential Oil)
-1 drop Cilantro essential oil
-1 frozen organic banana
-3 tablespoons of raw honey or coconut sugar
-1/2 tsp Rose Water -pinch of Himalayan salt
Directions: Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
