Relax and Rejuvenate with Lavender Lemonade

A few weeks ago I shared this delicious lemonade recipe

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 5 lemons
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Raw Honey to taste – approximately 1/2 cup will be plenty sweet
  • 8-10 drops of Spark Naturals lemon essential oil
  • 1-2 drops of Spark Naturals lavender essential oil {too much can be overpowering and make the lemonade a little too relaxing! }
  • 14 cups purified and filtered water

Directions:

Juice lemons and limes, combine all ingredients except water in a pitcher and stir.
Add water.
Stir again.
Enjoy!

{tip: I heat up my lemons and limes for about 30 seconds in boiling water with the SKIN ON, then roll them firmly under my palm on the countertop before cutting/juicing them…this helps to extract the most juice from the fruit, giving you more flavorful lemonade!}
