HOMEMADE KETO-BREAD LOW CARB RECIPE


We are so excited to share our low carb keto bread with all of you!  ENJOY IT!

Our ketone teen makes the most amazing ketogenic recipes! Today, the two of us baked three loaves together.  I play with the base recipe and turn it into whatever flavor I am in the mood for that day or week!

Keto-Bread by Gabriel 

Ingredients for 1 loaf of bread: 
  • 6 organic free range eggs
  • 2/3 c organic sour creme
  • 1/2 tsp real salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of organic almond flour
  • 2 TB swerve 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract ( optional - organic alcohol free)
NOTE:  You can change the flavor of the bread by adding spices, herbs, etc. 



INSTRUCTIONS:  
We figured out each slice cut 1/2 inch thick is 1 net carb.  Yum yum!  

  1. Preheat oven 355 degrees
  2. Line glass bread pans with parchment paper  
  3. Crack six eggs and sour cream in large bowl - blend together - slowly add in all dry ingredients - mix well 
  4. BAKE for 50-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean
  5. Let it cool before you slice it
  6. Then keep in refrigerator or freeze up to 3 months.
NOTE: I use 8 cup glass bread pans 




Perfect for sandwiches, burgers, french toast, etc. ENJOY!




NOVEMBER 13th:   I made 3 more loaves - one is Italian Herb all I added extra was 1.5 TB of Organic Italian Spice (if you want to make a cheesy bread you would grate up 1/4 cup of a high quality grassfed hard block cheddar or sharp and add to batter. )  I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
