HOMEMADE KETO-BREAD LOW CARB RECIPE

Our ketone teen makes the most amazing ketogenic recipes! Today, the two of us baked three loaves of his bread.

Keto-Bread by Gabriel (#ketonecoupleteen)

Ingredients: 
  • 6 organic free range eggs
  • 2/3 c organic sour creme
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of organic almond flour
  • 2 TB swerve 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract ( optional - organic alcohol free)
NOTE:  You can change the flavor of the bread by adding spices, herbs, etc. 



INSTRUCTIONS:  
We figured out each slice cut 1/2 inch thick is 1 net carb.  Yum yum!  

  1. Preheat oven 355 degrees
  2. Line bread pans with parchment paper
  3. Crack six eggs and sour cream in large bowl - blend together - slowly add in all dry ingredients - mix well 
  4. BAKE for 50-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean
  5. Let it cool before you slice it
  6. Then keep in refrigerator or freeze up to 3 months.


Perfect for sandwiches, burgers, french toast, etc. ENJOY!
