Our ketone teen makes the most amazing ketogenic recipes! Today, the two of us baked three loaves of his bread.

Keto-French Toast (#ketonecoupleteen)

Ingredients to make bread: 
  • 6 organic free range eggs
  • 2/3 c organic sour creme
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of organic almond flour
  • 2 TB swerve 

INSTRUCTIONS:  Each slice of bread is approximately 1 carb
  1. Preheat oven 355 degrees
  2. Line bread pans with parchment paper
  3. Crack six eggs and sour cream in large bowl - blend together - slowly add in all dry ingredients - mix well 
  4. BAKE for 50-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean
  5. Let it cool before you slice it
  6. Then keep in refrigerator or freeze up to 3 months.
Now to make FRENCH TOAST - 

As you can see below I use a medium size glass bowl to mix up the following:
  • 3 organic eggs
  • 1 tsp organic alcohol free vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp organic cinnamon
  • 2 oz of heavy whipping cream
Dip each slice of bread into the mixture and cook over medium heat with coconut oil or butter.

Perfect for sandwiches, burgers, french toast, etc. ENJOY!

Our family loves to spread nuttzo onto our french toast - it is DELICIOUS!!!!
