- 2 cups organic raw broccoli
- 2 cups sprouts (any variety - sunflower, broccoli, sweet pea shoots)
- 1 cup fresh celery juice
- 3 organic carrots
- 1 T coconut oil
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp Celtic Salt to taste
- 1 clove garlic or to taste
