Practicing in the Dark

I spent time the other night reading David D. Busch’s book on my Canon 7D.  As I learned new things I practiced taking shots in very little light.   I turned on only enough light for me to really see in the room and then changed which lights I turned on to give me light where I wanted it.   Not sure I love any of these, however, I love the words of wisdom I added to them.  May they bless you!

For the last several years I have written out 3x5 cards with bible verses to pray for myself, my husband, our children, family and friends.  To this day a few of the cards bring me to tears every time I read them and pray them in earnest before God.

I’ll be pondering this quote by Mother Theresa this weekend.  Words have power.   For life or death.  For eternal glory or tear someone down.  I want my words to give life and bring God all the glory and honor He is due.

Truly thankful for the following words of love…

You chart the path ahead of me and tell me where to stop and rest.

Every moment You know where I am.

Psalm 139:3
