How I Create Our 100% SAFE Flu Shot!

With all the media hype around this seasons “flu epidemic”, it is time to set the record straight. 
You can get through each winter without having to fear all the sickness around you! 
You can get through the winter without having to wonder if that shot the pharmacy is giving out and pressuring you to get, will really help or not!

No more worrying about the awful side-effects from receiving the flu-shot.

With complete confidence and gratefulness, I take care of myself and my family using Camp Wander essential oils.

Fill a 10ml or 15ml roller bottle with:
(see my post here to help you quickly find roller bottles, fractioned oil, etc.)
  • Roll on bottom of feet before leaving the house and before bed – you can also roll it down both sides of the spine several times a day. (enters the blood stream fastest when applied directly under the toes and onto your feet)
  • Diffuse in the air during the day and while sleeping. (smells amazing)
We also follow these immune boosting tips and don’t fill our bodies with junk food each day. Using EO’s is a small part of our healthy lifestyle and choices. They by no means can keep us healthy if we neglect to do what is best for our bodies on a daily basis.

Camp Wander shared the following guidelines for how to use essentials oils…
Finding the right dose will depend on the individual.  Experts (like Dr. David Hill) recommend that smaller doses be applied and then observed.  How is the body reacting?  Are there positive results?  Adjustments to dose and frequency can then be made, no worries!  Truly, it's such a relief AND a pleasure to know that I'm practicing safe wellness in my home. 
  • Adults ~ start with 2 to 3 drops massaged into each foot or on the area of concern.  Because these oils are safe and pure, you can always apply more oils after 15 minutes if needed.
  • Adults ~ can also ingest pure essential oils by capsule if preferred.  Start with 3 to 4 drops.  You can repeat the dose 15 minutes later if needed.
  • For chronic or stubborn virus infection, apply or ingest oils every 2 hours for 3 to 4 days after symptoms completely disappear.

  1. It's always a good idea to stay hydrated when when using essential oils.   Drink lots of water with 3 to 4 drops of Lemon essential oil to help move toxins out of the body.
  2. Rule of Thumb: Optimizing therapeutic benefits is best achieved by using smaller amounts and applying more frequently.
  3. Note:  When treating children always cut the dose in half and dilute with a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil or any vegetable based oil. 
  4. Applying and massaging into little feet is an excellent application method for children.   It is an easy way for them to apply the EO’s themselves.
  5. NEVER EVER put any essential oil into your eyes no matter what someone claims it will do for your vision.   Dr. Papas said the following:  “If anyone EVER tells you to put essential oils in your eyes please rebuke them soundly!! And what they are recommending here is not a small concentration. If you put 30 drops of essential oils in 2 tablespoons that's about a 10% concentration!! And one of the oils is rosemary for God's sake, an oil high in camphor and 1,8-cineole!! Not to mention cypress and frankincense which are some of the best solvents out there with their high levels of monoterpenes. Please people, remember that essential oils are EXCELLENT organic solvents and they will easily dissolve mucous membranes. I cannot imagine what kind of damage this could do to someone's eyes over time, if not immediately.” Essential Oil University was Founded in 1999 by Dr. Robert S. Nothing like being coughed on or experience a kiss from a child with lots of buggers. :) I may need to look into something like this as I don't like the flu shots.
