Before you watch the following videos remember that I'm not any kind of medical professional and everything I share here is to help you find the right path to take to heal your body naturally.  I only post what I believe will help many of my readers and those I love!  Please read my disclosure here. It wasn't too long ago that I could barely go out, because of all the pain I was in day in and day out.  I used to know where every single bathroom was within a 10 mile radius of our home.  I couldn't even imagine being out longer than an hour at a time and most days I simply didn't leave the house because that was easier and safer.  Not to mention caused me less stress.  My social life was pretty non-existent for many years because of living with such intense stomach pain and the stress it was causing me physically and emotionally was often too much to even share with others.

I know what it feels like to look good on the outside all the while fighting to stand up straight or even drive because of the immense pain you live with that no one understands or knows about.  If this sounds like you or you have recently been diagnosed with IBS, CROHNS or ULCERATIVE COLITIS, then you are here by no accident. (If you know someone who is dealing with any of these stomach issues or was on any kind of acne medication or antibiotics for long periods of time, then please share this with them.)   Being a raw foodist, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and paleo didn't fix my leaky gut or truly heal my auto-immune disease.  Sure they all played a part in my health journey, but a few of those diets actually caused me more harm and I experienced set backs that only frustrated me when I thought I was doing everything right.  It wasn't until I learned what I've been sharing with all of you the last month that I finally understood why I would hit a plateau and couldn't get any better.  It feels amazing to see such dramatic results in such a short amount of time, all while LOVING what I'm eating.

Please open your mind to and listen to all that is shared below.  Reach out to find the right naturopath or chiropractor who can help you dig into your own healing and support you on making the best decision to heal naturally.  It can be done.  And since beginning a keto diet my health continues to get better and better.  I'm never looking back and it is by far the easiest I've ever tried!  Our entire family is on it and loves it!  Which means our kids eat this way every single day and never want to stop too! They make other kids jealous with the lunches we pack. My prayer is that you are making the time to understand the steps you can take today to begin healing your gut.  Which is the only way to truly heal your body.  I am constantly encouraged after watching the videos I've shared in the last few weeks with all of you!   Because the truth is, we are all capable of healing - it is just a question of if we are willing to do what it takes to achieve it?  Don't wait until you are sicker to begin seeking optimal health.  Begin today!  I'm cheering you on!
