Samter Keto-Nutty Fat-bombs:

  • In saucepan on low melt coconut oil and butter
  • Add all other ingredients to Vitamix or high speed blender
  • When coconut oil and butter are fully melted add them to blender
  • Blend on high and then put into paper mini cupcake holders
  • Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy!
All of us love these after working out, going for a walk, or to break our intermittent fasting period. I love to have one after dinner :-D NOTE: they must be kept cold or they will melt.
