As you all know by now, I 100% believe in and very thankful for the DNA Test I had done back in October 2018.  If you want to learn more about it and all the answers I received, then definitely come join our VIP Facebook community YOU. ONLY BETTER.  You can also read more about it here and here.

My results showed that I have a genetic issues with detoxification. In my search for ways to improve my health, I found some great information on detoxing my body so I thought I'd share with all of you.  In fact this is the very detox tips we used to help our daughter after vaccine injuries 15.5 years ago.

These top detox tips can lead you to enjoy greater energy, mental clarity and longer healthier life.

Detoxification is the process of removing toxins from the body. Detox systems and protocols, like PMB’s Ultimate Detox System, combined with daily detox activities help to improve general health, speed up metabolism, promote greater natural energy, and aid the mind in operating more clearly and focused.

Let’s look at five activities you can do to support the body’s natural detoxification process and pathways.

This may sound obvious, maybe even cliche, but hydration really is the river from which good health runs. An effectively proven way to aid detoxification, drinking plenty of water contributes to kidney, bladder, and circulatory regulation, promotes lymph health, and helps flush nasty toxins out of the body. When on The Ultimate Detox System it’s essential to drink plenty of water. If you want to step up your hydration game add some lemon. Loaded with nutrients and phytonutrients, lemon supports digestion and proper organ function.
When estimating what a good amount of water to drink is, Dr. Chris Shade—the creator of our Ultimate Detox System—doesn’t have a calculated prescription for water consumption (like eight glasses a day), but he does recommend drinking adequate amounts of water with meals and throughout the day.

Minimize or Eliminate Processed Foods

There are varying degrees of processed foods including: “minimally processed”: like cut fruits or bagged salads, “processed”: like cereals and canned foods, and “ultra processed”: such as chips, frozen meals, or fast foods—made with saturated and trans fats, and high amounts of sugar.
Many processed and all ultra processed foods may taste super yummy, but they’re just not good for your body. The taste and look of most processed foods is attributed to flavor enhancers, preservatives (sodium nitrates), artificial sweeteners (high fructose corn syrup), and artificial coloring (blue, green, red, yellow). Each can be potentially harmful to the body and are linked to health disorders and diseases.
To avoid processed foods:
  • Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet
  • Choose whole grains (brown rice or quinoa) over processed grains
  • Substitute processed meats with natural or organic proteins
  • Avoid shopping in those center aisles of the grocery store where most processed foods are shelved
Dr. Cheng Ruan says,
“I always say to patients, we don’t do a detox unless the diet is pristine. If you’re  going to do a detox and then eat cheeseburgers and pizza then there is no point because you’re just going to retox right away.”

Sounds a little sticky, but sweating is a beneficial process for optimal detoxification. The liver and kidneys do a phenomenal job of filtering toxins out of the body, but even they can use some help. That’s where your skin, the body’s largest organ, plays a role. To help lessen the burden on your liver and kidneys, induced sweat expelled through the skin’s pores helps to rid the body of toxins like metals (arsenic, lead, mercury), and also toxins stored in fat.
Routine physical activity or exercise is a great way to aid the body in removing toxins. You don’t have to overwork yourself to get results. Participating in simple cardiovascular exercises or activities that you enjoy is an excellent way to produce a healthy sweat.
Sauna sessions are a relaxing alternative and help to not only generate sweat but also calm the mind. Hot or Bikram yoga is another option for moving energy through the body and removing certain toxins through sweat.

Rest & Sleep

Help your body detox with no effort whatsoever. Just lay there. Sufficient rest and relaxation is a primary component of a healthy detoxification. While sleeping, the brain gets its time to recharge and reset so it can better promote detoxification while you’re awake. While you sleep you’re also giving your digestive system a break, allowing it time to cleanse and heal naturally.
When on an Ultimate Detox System cycle your body is going to be working a bit harder to push and expel toxins. That internal exertion can leave you feeling a bit sluggish or fatigued. As Dr. Shade says, “Give yourself time to sleep at night because you’re going into these repair, regeneration and cleanup cycles.”

Diminish Stress

Our favorite way to handle daily stress is by using the BEST CBD Oil each day.  You can read more here too.
When you’re worked up the body shifts its focus from natural physiological maintenance to responding to stressors like anxiety or fear. This fight or flight response leaves detoxification as an afterthought. To aid the body’s maintenance cycles participate in activities that emphasize calm, peace, and happiness. This may include yoga, meditation, cooking, a light walk or hike, or  just relaxing with a book or funny movie.
Environmental toxins like pesticides, molds, and metals are hard to escape in the world we live in today. Combine those with endogeneous toxins—those produced internally from poor diets and imbalances of metabolism—and we subject our minds and bodies to feelings and ailments we wish we didn’t have to deal with. Following these steps in combination with The Ultimate Detox System will help protect the body from toxin harm, allowing you to function at your highest potential.
